Position Details: Bench Hotlist Sales (US IT Staffing) (Work from Home)

Description:

One of the US IT Staffing organization is looking for professionals who can work from home for their Client Account Management division.

We are looking for committed, performance-oriented professionals having some basic experience in Client coordination/ interaction for carrying out placement of Bench /Hotlist Sales candidates of an IT Staffing company.

If you are hired, you would be working during US hours Eastern Time i.e. 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Indian Standard Time.

Requirements:

• Skills – Client Coordination/ Management with US IT Staffing for (Bench) Sales, Hotlist candidates, H1 transfers, 1099, reverse marketing of candidates.
• 1-2 Years’ experience in placing bench candidates.
• Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written

Pre-requisites:

• Laptop
• Fixed Line /Wired broadband connection with good upload / download speed
• Good understanding of Job Portals
• MS Office (Word & Excel)
