Position Details: IT Recruiter & Sales (US Shift) (Work from Home)

Description:

We are looking for people who can work from home for us as either Home Based IT Recruiters or Home Based IT Salespersons for some of our IT staffing clients.

We are looking for a committed, performance-oriented professional to assist our client(s) in IT recruitment & sales for the US market.

If you are hired, you would be working during US hours for one of the following openings:

• Identify & recruit IT professionals for our clients in US for consulting positions.
• Identify IT professionals for requirement based recruitment.
• Identify IT professionals for full time placements.
• Identify IT clients in US and market our consultants for consulting positions, requirement based recruiting, or full time placements.

Pre-Requisites:

• Laptop/Desktop (Configuration Details attached herewith)
• Fixed-line Broadband Internet Connection (Min 50 Mpbs download & 50 Mbps upload ) (Wireless Broadband connections using Data-card or chips may not be preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing & e-mail usage.
• Very basic knowledge about what Software/ Hardware is will be enough.
• Willing to work during Evening Shift from 6:30 pm – 3:30 am IST.
